High tide at 03:03pm (64) - Low tide at 08:56pm
It was still quite cloudy this morning around Biarritz but it cleaned up quickly. The surf seemed tricky and still big up north, but it should drop in size as the day goes by and the wind picks up. However, there were some waves to be found in the south. And I wasn't the only one aware of it, as I had the chance to see a couple of €1100 single fins flying above the lips of some “party waves”.
Yesterday was an interesting day with some pretty fun, empty waves in the evening (if you were lucky and at the right spot).
It's still pretty consistent at the buoy with a 2m at 11sec swell, but some sheltered reefs are delivering manageable waves. It's crowded, but manageable.
Anyway, a stunning week is yet to come, and we're finally here!
Have a great Sunday afternoon,
TT
